SMTP & Custom Emails
Configure your own email server to ensure all studio-to-client communication comes from your official domain.
Why use Custom SMTP?
By default, MANIORA STUDIO sends emails via our shared relay. However, for maximum deliverability and professional brand consistency, we recommend connecting your own SMTP provider.
Remove "via MANIORA STUDIO"
Clients see your name only.

Setup Instructions
Navigate to Admin Settings
Go to Settings > Administration > Emails from your dashboard.
Enter Server Details
Provide your SMTP host (e.g., smtp.gmail.com), port (usually 587), and credentials.
Send Test Email
Click the "Test Connection" button to ensure your settings are correct before saving.
Two-Factor Authentication
If you use Gmail or Outlook, you will need to generate an "App Password" rather than using your main login password. This is a security requirement for most major email providers.
