Collaborate with editors, second shooters, and studio managers with granular access controls.
Default Roles
Owner
Full access to financial records, billing, and team management.
Studio Manager
Can manage galleries, clients, and contracts. No access to billing.
Editor
View-only access to galleries for uploading and culling assets.
Inviting a Member

Head to the Staff page from the sidebar.

Click on Invite Member and enter their official email address.

They will receive a secure token to set up their own login credentials.
Security First
We recommend all staff members enable 2FA on their accounts. Admins can view who has active security measures enabled from the Team dashboard.
